I wait on Him with confidence that He
Protects and guides all that pertains to me.
No sacrifice or separation spare
To walk with Him who hears and answers prayer.
For boldly I may come and state my need,
And on behalf of others intercede.
Sometimes the waiting seems so very long,
But then I hear Him say, “Have faith. Be strong.”
His timely answer I anticipate
Because I’m learning on my Lord to wait.
