There is something serene about a waterfall. The rushing water can make you feel as though you are all alone, for it drowns out all sounds but its own. It’s not a sad aloneness, however, but a calming and quieting one. Not only that, but the abundance of greenery and flowers around the perimeter of the waterfall give the sense of being in a garden. Perhaps that’s what the Garden of Eden was like. One can only imagine how beautiful the garden God planted must have been.
