This poem is written in the style of many of the psalms, but it is not patterned after any one of them in particular. I wrote this in response to Linda Luna’s San Hsien Challenge from Dark Side of the Moon.

San Hsien [SAN-she-in] = decastich (10-line poem) in iambic dimeter
with rhyme scheme: ABbaccabBA
Lines 1 and 2 are repeated as lines 10 and 9, respectively.
