Commencement

high school graduation in cap and gown

The end and the beginning are as one,
A single moment with two purposes.
The culmination of a certain path
That opens to a new and broader way.
Beginning here, we mark what’s done and gone,
But do not hesitate to forward step.
The end is not in sight—it’s just a bend;
So round the corner with a confidence
That you will find a path laid out for you,
And by your side your faithful Guide will stay.

  1. Congrats to your daughter ~ I admire your poetic form and specially this part:

    But do not hesitate to forward step.
    The end is not in sight—it’s just a bend;

    Nice to meet you at dVerse ~
